What about my regulars?

Can I block lunches, vacations, or a sick day?

Yes. Block one person or the whole salon, for an hour or for a week, and those times stop being offered right away.

Can each stylist have their own hours and services?

Yes, and most do. Everyone has their own days, their own breaks, and their own work, and the system only offers combinations that exist.

How does the client know they are booked?

They get a confirmation email with the time, the address, and a button to add it to their calendar. If you move or cancel, they hear about that too.

Can I share my page on Instagram or by text?

That is what it is for. Your page has its own address: put it in your bio or send it to whoever messages you, and they book without installing anything.

I am already on another platform. Do I have to load everything again?

If your salon is on Fresha, paste your profile link when you sign up and we bring over your service menu with its prices, your team, and your hours. You check it and carry on from there.

Do you really give a free month for every bug?

We do. Inside the dashboard there is a report button, with room to write and to attach screenshots. Every reproducible bug we did not already have on file counts, and we confirm by email.

Does Flouza take a cut of each booking?
